Marie Boutron-Collinot is currently Asssociate Professor at Sorbonne Paris Nord University, where she is co-head of the Double Bachelor’s Degree in Droit-économie-gestion and a member of the Institut de Recherche pour un Droit Attractif (EA3970). She teaches a variety of business law subjects. She holds a PhD in Private Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, and her research focuses mainly on the general system of obligations and business law.
Julie Ferrero is Professor of Public Law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. In that capacity, she is currently co-head of the Master's degree in the Law of International Organizations. Her research focuses mainly on the contentious, institutional, historical and critical dimensions of international human rights law, as well as African regional law and international and European migration law.
Francesco Martucci is agrégé des Facultés de droit and Professor of Public Law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, where he serves as head of the Master’s in European Market and Regulatory Law. He is also a member of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (HCJP). He is the author of two textbooks on European Union law, as well as numerous publications in the field of European economic law.

Jean-Sébastien Borghetti has been Professor of private law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University since 2009. He specialises in contract and tort law, both from a domestic and comparative perspective. He has a special interest in product liability, which was the topic of the PhD he was awarded by Sorbonne University. He was a member of the EU expert group on liability and new technologies (2018-2020) and a co-reporter of the European Law Institute’s Draft of a Revised Product Liability Directive (2022).
