Selection process

On advice of the Scientific Advisory Board, the Editorial Board selects the two-person teams of rewievers who will assess the submitted contributions. In order to ensure the good functionning of the double-blind peer review process, it is imperative that rewievers cannot identify the authors and vice versa.

The selection of contributions will take place between February 1st and mid-March.

At the end of that phase, the two reviewers will mark each contribution and may suggest to the Scientific Advisory Board that they should be published in the next issue of the Journal or in one of the following ones.

If the author accepts the publication of their contribution, they are asked to exclusively publish said contribution in the Journal.

Once a contribution has been accepted, some amendments or corrections may be communicated to the author.

Once the email has been sent, the author will receive a recap email. When the article has been selected, the author will receive an email with the suggested corrections or amendments and, if the contribition was written in French, its suggested transaltion. If the contribution is translated or has been proof-read by a translator, it will be validated only after the author has agreed.
