The French Journal of Legal Policy is governed by two different bodies - the Scientific Advisory Board and the Editorial Board - which, under the aegis of its founders, ensure its functioning and guarantee its quality. 

The Scientific Advisory Board is the permanent body of the French Journal of Legal Policy. It regularly scrutinises its scientific and ethic quality. It is in charge of fixing the main orientations of the Journal, nominates/appoints the members of the Reading Committee who selects the articles and ensures the scientific integrity of the Journal according to the criteria established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The Editorial Board is the executive body of the French Journal of Legal Policy which selects the articles that will be submitted to the Journal. Its work is organised by the Managing Editor. The composition of the Board changed depending on the contribuutions submitted for publication in order to ensure that the best specialists are involved for each of them.
