Selection of contributions

Any author is welcome to submit a contribution, regardless of their original academic system or area of specialization. 

Submitted contributions will only be taken into consideration if :

• they are in line with the editorial orientation of the Journal;
• they are original;
• they have not yet been disclosed or published;
• they are written in English or in French (for more details, see Submit);
• they comply with a maximum word limit: 20,000 words for an article; 10,000 words for a book review, with limited exceptions (see Submit);
• they follow the Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) guide (see Submit).

For each selected article, two reviewers will be chosen based on their knowledge of the topic. They will mark the article anonymously according to the double-blind peer review process. At the end of that process, the selected articles will be published in the Journal.
