Prof. Dr. Florian Möslein, LL.M. (London) holds the chair for civil law and German and European business law at the Philipps-University Marburg, Germany, where he also serves as a co-director of the Institute for Law and Regulation of Digitalization (IRDi). He previously held positions as Professor at the University of Bremen and as Associate Professor at the University of St. Gallen. His research revolves around legal issues of innovation and digitalization, but also of sustainability and social responsibility of companies. He is one of the authors of the legislative draft for the implementation of steward ownership in Germany and also a member of the advisory board of the Stiftung Verantwortungseigentum.
Prof. Dr. Anne Sanders, M.Jur. (Oxford) holds the chair for civil law, company law, the law of family businesses and comparative judicial studies at Bielefeld University, Germany, and is Professor II at the University of Bergen, Norway. Her research focusses on steward ownership and enterprise foundations and sustainable business law. She is a co-author of the legislative draft for the implementation of steward ownership in Germany and a member of the advisory board of the Stiftung Verantwortungseigentum.
