As well as welcoming doctoral students, the Laboratory of Civil Law acts as an umbrella group for teaching personnel and researchers at the Panthéon-Assas University who specialise in civil law and who wish to contribute to such work. The laboratory strives to support the research of individual doctoral students, while promoting the development of joint research. The Laboratory of Civil Law conducts research work in the following areas:
